Excellent Breakfast Spread

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a variety of dishes that catered to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. I particularly enjoyed the array of options available, which made every morning something to look forward to. The ambiance was pleasant, although the restaurant did get crowded during peak hours, and staff like Mrs. Nithya showed very nice professionalism by managing the tables efficiently even during those busy times.

Relaxing Spa Experience

I indulged in a spinal care massage at the spa, and it was nothing short of wonderful. The spa was neatly maintained, providing a calming atmosphere that complemented the treatment perfectly. Comfortable Room with Stunning Views

I had an overall enjoyable stay at the hotel, with a stunning view and a comfortable atmosphere. The poolside area offered breathtaking sights, and I found the restaurant's food to be delicious and plentiful. However, the maintenance of the room left something to be desired, and the service at check-out could be quicker. Although the location was excellent, the inconsistency in room maintenance was disappointing.

My stay at this hotel was truly memorable due to the warm atmosphere and breathtaking views it offered. The clean and comfortable rooms made for a pleasant experience, and the staff were remarkably attentive and professional. However, the noise from celebrations during New Year’s Eve made it difficult for my young child to sleep, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, while the facilities were nice, they could be improved in terms of sound insulation.
